Flat Grannys offers a number of quality pre-designs to choose from including The Barbara, The Doris, The Ethel and The Pattsi. We will go through each individual one with you, so you have a full understanding of all the features and benefits applicable to each design. Please note, that all of our designs can be customised with optional inclusions. We will also provide our recommendations to you based on our discussions and your budget as we are committed to providing the best service possible.

The Barbara

The Barbara moves away from the traditional granny flat model offering a business and living space in one. For those wishing to go into business for themselves or looking to increase their investment potential, this contemporary granny flat design provides something different from the norm. The Barbara features a large open living space measuring 33 square metres backed by a full bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. This functional granny flat design is completely unique to others on the market.

The Doris

Whether you are after one bedroom with a study or two full-size bedrooms, The Doris provides a practical and modern granny flat option. The bathroom is conveniently situated between the two bedrooms along the main corridor, and the kitchen with the built-in bench area makes good use of the overall space. There is also a sizeable living area to relax and entertain if you so desire. With built-in robes and decking out the back, this plan is perfect for a contemporary and practical living space.

The Ethel

The Ethel is a popular granny flat design choice due to the addition of an ensuite off the main bedroom. This design offers a real sense of luxury with the built-in robes, back decking and plenty of room for your pots and pans thanks to the shelving and cupboards in the kitchen. The main bathroom is located conveniently in the back corner across from the second bedroom and is easily accessible from the rear deck area.

The Pattsi
